The ECI-H8F500 Ovum Pick-up Equipment uses a dedicated processor CPU to control temperature settings and control negative pressure settings. It has high control accuracy and working efficiency. The LCD screen accurately displays and sets the real-time working temperature and negative pressure values, which makes the data more intuitive and easier to operate. The products are applied to the needs of animal embryo transplantation, cell manipulation and processing, and animal research experiments.
Through the combination of temperature sensor feedback information and PID control algorithm design, the processor realizes the precise control of the temperature of the electric heating system of the thermostat tank, and the real-time temperature can be controlled at the set temperature value with an error of ± 0.5℃.
Through the combination of air pressure sensor feedback information and PID control algorithm design, using PWM control, the processor realizes the precise control of negative pressure on the air circuit system of the brushless negative pressure pump, the real-time negative pressure can be controlled at the set negative pressure value, with an error of ±5MMHg.
Because the processor software switches the negative pressure flow controlled by the solenoid valve accurately and in real time, it avoids the possibility of backflow of oocyte fluid, thus preventing damage to the ovum pick-up instrument and operational failure.
The switch can be configured with a duplex wireless foot pedal. The white pedal corresponds to operation at the normal set-point. The yellow pedal is for boost operation. It is easy to operate and facilitates freeing up both hands for various other operations.
