Product Description

Overview
The ECI-X4 Veterinary Ultrasound Diagnostic System is equipped with a variety of probes, including rectal probe, convex probe, linear probe, and micro-convex probe. Selecting different examination modes accommodates the diagnostic requirements for various animal regions or tissues. Featuring an 8.0-inch 1024×720 high-definition display with four pseudo-colour modes, it provides intuitive visualisation of embryonic development and adipose tissue structures. This portable veterinary ultrasound device incorporates 8GB storage with USB flash drive expansion and export capabilities, facilitating the creation of individual breeding records. Its all-metal housing offers impact resistance and corrosion protection, while the waterproof and slip-resistant design permits direct rinsing and disinfection.

Testing Procedures
CATTLE: Testing Procedure (Rectal Probe)
  1. Clean out the excreta in cow's rectum.
  2. Palpate by hand and preliminarily estimate the gestation state to determine the germinal tissue for B ultrasonic scanning.
  3. Hold the probe, and insert it into the rectum with hand on the probe closely. Position your hand at the dorsal part between the rectum wall and the transducer.
  4. Observe the internal structure on the screen. Move the probe inside the rectum until the coupling section of uterine horn and uterine body is displayed.
SHEEP: Testing Procedure (Convex Probe)

Two effective methods for pregnancy diagnosis:

  • Within 35 days: Rectal method is more precise.
  • 35 to 70 days: Both rectal and abdominal methods are equally effective.
  • After 70 days: Abdominal method is preferred for the larger womb.

Abdomen Check Steps:

  1. Can be done while the ewe is standing, lying, or squatting. Place the probe on the middle abdomen (fur-free area).
  2. Ensure the area is clean; use water to remove mud if necessary for accurate visualization.
