ECI-T4 Veterinary Needle-Free Injector is a motorised device designed for piglet immunisation with intradermal immunisation technology, supporting both water-based and oil-based vaccines. Needle-free injector injects vaccines into the superficial skin layer (not the muscle layer) in an atomised form by means of a high-pressure jet (0.1 seconds), avoiding tissue damage and abscesses caused by traditional needles. The single injection volume is 0.2ml or 0.5 ml, which is suitable for a wide range of vaccine types, e.g. swine fever aqueous vaccine or foot-and-mouth disease oil adjuvanted vaccine, and can be injected efficiently. The needle-free design eliminates cross-contamination, improves injection efficiency and safety, and reduces vaccine costs.
